Identify · Dot visitor ID pixel

Put a name to the visitors who never filled out your form.

Most people browse, compare and leave without contacting you. Identify matches those anonymous visits to real people and sends them to your CRM with the pages they looked at — so you can follow up while they are still deciding.

How it works

Live on your site in an afternoon.

01

Create your pixel

Create a pixel for your website domain in your Signal Zebra dashboard. We'll show you how to set it up.

02

Paste one tag

A single script goes in the header of every page. Using Google Analytics 4? There is a version that works alongside it.

03

Check the install

Run the built-in installation check to confirm the pixel is firing before data starts flowing. We'll walk you through it.

04

Visitors become contacts

Matched visitors are delivered as they are identified, or on a schedule you choose.

What you get

A record your sales team can act on.

Each identified visitor arrives with the contact details available for that person, plus the context of what they were looking at.

NameFirst and last
EmailPersonal and business, where available
PhoneMobile and direct numbers, where available
Mailing addressStreet, city, state, ZIP
Job title & companyWhere available

Do-Not-Call statusOn every phone number
Ways to use it

Turn traffic you already paid for into pipeline.

Speed-to-lead follow-up

Route high-intent visitors — pricing, quote and booking pages — straight to a salesperson or an automated call the same day.

Retargeting beyond the cookie

Send identified visitors to email and ad audiences, so you can reach them even after they clear their browser.

Measure what campaigns really drive

See who your ads and emails actually brought to the site, not just how many clicks they produced.

Good to know

What to expect before you install.

Not every visitor resolves

Identification depends on your traffic. Some visits cannot be matched to a person, and those are never counted against your plan as identified visitors.

One pixel per website

Each domain gets its own pixel, so reporting and delivery stay separate for every site you run.

Update your privacy policy

Your website privacy policy should disclose visitor identification. We can point you to what it needs to cover.

Delivery options
